I was raised in a family where salmon was a weekend meal. I came to love salmon straight out of the can.having been to Alaska and Gold dredge #8, I remember seeing Capt. JIMS SMOKED SALMON in the store, anyway, some time later decided to order a 3 pack. Today I opened the first can of salmon,,,,,,,,,, immediately, I was taken back to a time along time ago when good canned salmon smelled awesome. The smell immediately made my mouth water, and back to the present, I'm suddenly standing in the kitchen with a can of Capt Jim's Smoked Salmon, and oh the memories, and the familure taste. This salmon is lightly smoked and oh so delicious. Thank you Capt Jim for a superior can of salmon
I started buying this salmon after a cruise I took to Alaska in 2010. Hands down the best canned smoked salmon I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. I live in Miami, and have tried many different types, none compare. I order in large batches and use throughout the year. Order, you will not be disappointed!
